KVS NATIONAL AWARDThe teacher recommended should not have put less
than 15 years of service in KVS out of which the applicant should
have completed not less than 5 preceding years of continuous service
in the category under which applying the award. Principals with 20 years of
service and vice principal with 15 years of service in KVS and who
have worked for minimum period of 02 years in particular cadre can be
considered for the eligibility of the award.
GENERAL(a) No employee shall be granted leave of any
kind for a continuous period exceeding five years.
Unavailed joining time will be credited with E.L
If an employee is ordered to join the new post at a new place
of posting without availing full joining time to which he is entitled or he
proceeds alone to the new place and joins without availing full joining time
and takes his family later within the permissible period for claiming transfer
T.A., the unavailed period (full JT limited to a maximum of 15 days minus availed
JT), will be credited to his Earned Leave account. If the addition results in
the total EL at credit exceeding 300 days, the excess will be ignored. This
concession is not admissible for transfer in the same station – Rule 6
(1) and GIO (6).

Ans:On leave of 90 days or more, lien to the post is lost
i e post will be assumed vacant and can be filled by other. So on joining your
wife will get another station if post is filled during leave time.
